Journeyz makes two capsule supplements. Stellar Surge is the Before formula and Afterglow Accelerator is the After formula. The names say where each one sits in a day, before the demanding part or after it, and nothing more. Both contain the same 7 active ingredients at the same amounts, and Afterglow Accelerator adds 100 mg of 5-HTP. Every amount is published, taken from the signed manufacturing record.
